Take a look at our size chart here. Due to the nature of the silicone in the waist band, we do recommend sizing up if you are between sizes!

Can I return or exchange my products if they don't fit or I decide they're not right for me?
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If you need to make a return or exchange, here’s how:
Return Policy:
- You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiation a return.
- Items must be unworn, with tags still attached, and in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Make a Return:
- Access the RETURNS PORTAL at the bottom of our website.
- Submit your return or exchange request.
- Look out for a confirmation email with return instructions.
- Once approved, please include the original packing slip or the order #

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@arroathletics.com with a photo of the issue. We'll review it and ship a replacement promptly.
Gift Returns:
If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, we'll issue a store credit once we receive the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift, we'll refund the original purchaser.

What happens to the product once I return it?
When a return is made, we thoroughly assess the item to ensure it is in good condition. Once approved, it is donated to someone in need, giving it a second life.
